This step is for YOU to tell us a little about yourself and for US to learn about the care & environment you would provide for a Deep South Golden. You can also indicate a puppy gender preference, if you have one. Questions are welcome. *Please do not proceed to the next step before providing this information and gaining approval*
Step 2
Deposit $250
After approval, YOU to place a $250 deposit to reserve your puppy @ Deep South Goldens. You reserve the available "next pick" in your selected gender and litter.
The deposit should be done via PayPal. Click on the green button to go to the deposit page.
WE will email a deposit confirmation.
Deposits are refundable in the event you change your mind,
no questions asked.

Step 1 and receiving approval.
Step 3
Make Your Pick
YOU make your pick when puppies are 7 weeks of age, on a pre-schedule PUPPY CHOOSING DATE. We post or email individual photos and/or videos of each puppy for this selection purpose. This is a progressing process, starting with the person having the 1st-pick. Each family is given a space of time to make a selection.
(*VERY IMPORTANT: We strive to provide each buyer with physically healthy, socially secure and mentally acute puppy. Also, we seek to improve the quality of the breed. Therefore, in rare cases when we observe an anomarlity or receive information of significance from our vet or from a test we've done, we reserve the right NOT to release a puppy even if the buyer has made their choice/pick. In these cases the buyer will be fully reimbursed or given the chance to pick another puppy. We sincerely hope this doesn't happen. It is very rare.)
Step 4
Pick Up Your Puppy
YOU are responsible to PICK UP your puppy on the pre-scheduled PICK UP DATE (generally the 1st Sunday afternoon, once the puppies have turned 8 weeks). You need to have your own crate
The balance of payment is due in cash upon pick up. This includes the total puppy price minus the deposit you have already paid.

If YOU choose to fly your puppy, please note the average estimated price in the U.S. is $390. This includes airline ticket, approved crate and veterinary health certificate required for flight. This cost is passed on to you. WE cooperate with you to book a flight that works for you and the puppy. Full payment must be received before flying a puppy.
If YOU need to pick up your puppy later than the specified Sunday... WE can, at times, provide the option to care for your puppy at $100 per week. This option may be based on our schedule and other limitations at the time.
DUE TO COVID-19 WE HAVE SUSPENDED SHIPPING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Step 5
Documents
YOU will be provided with:
-AKC litter registration papers.
-Records for current shots and worming.
-A guaranty document that you need to sign.
Step 6
Photos
We kindly request that YOU provide quality photo updates of your puppy:
- the week you picked it up
- at 3, 6, and 12 months old
DEEP SOUTH GOLDENS RESERVES ALL RIGHTS TO TAKE BACK THE PUPPY IF THE OWNER HAS MISTREATED THE PUPPY, the NAME OF THE KENNEL, or in case PAYMENTS HAVE FALLEN THROUGH. THE VALUE (if paid, and defined in the Contract) WILL BE REFUNDED.
